Over 280 community members come together for a night of praise and celebration during Faith In Action's 2nd Annual "Our Community In Harmony Concert" Thursday, November 6, 2008. Baptists, Lutherans, Catholics and many other christian denominations came together for a night of praise and community celebration at Compassion Christian Center. 

Bakersfield Mayor Harvey Hall proclaims November 6, 2008 as "Our Community In Harmony" day in honor of Faith In Action Kern County. Wednesday, November 5, 2008.  Mayor of Bakersfield Harvey Hall presented Andrae Gonzales, former executive director of Faith In Action, a proclamation to promote harmony in Bakersfield.
